Susan is a consultant, trainer, executive coach, author, and speaker. As a strategic business consultant for a Fortune 300 company, Susan quadrupled her territory in her first 12 months. Through strategic business planning and dynamic training, she helped her clients increase revenues and decrease expenses to make their businesses more profitable. She worked as a top-producing Realtor in Tallahassee, FL for 16 years, building a network of loyal clientele. Her media experience includes writing the “Motivation Station” newspaper column for the Destin Log with Freedom Communications. Susan co-hosted the state-wide talk show “The Florida Room” with the Florida News Channel as well as “Tourist TV” in the Florida Panhandle.
Susan’s commitment to community includes serving on the Board of Directors for the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, American Heart Association and the Boys & Girls Club of the Emerald Coast.
The founder of Young Empowerment Systems, Inc., Susan has empowered tens of thousands of young people with success skills to lead productive lives. She founded this organization to provide empowerment programs to the Youth of America. Susan believes that when young people are fortified with success principles that work in business, they will be better equipped to tap into their unlimited potential and create extraordinary lives for themselves. She has inspired tens of thousands of young people with life changing skills.
Education
Susan has a Masters degree in Human Performance Technology with the University of West Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University Business School. She attained her Certificate in Human Performance Technology (HPT), specializing in identifying and solving performance problems. The HPT certification aligns to performance standards and competencies developed by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
